Administrative Records
Scope and Contents
The Administrative Records series contains financial records, member correspondence, board/business meeting minutes, membership forms, handbooks, and member/coaches directories. The financial records include ledgers, budgets, proposed budgets, treasury reports, and correspondence. Member correspondence is any communications that do not belong with the financial correspondence, the tournament correspondence, and the awards correspondence. All of these records are arranged chronologically.
