Contents include: correspondence to district leaders and volunteers, information on bulletins produced by the KCPT, recruitment and membership letters, programming in local schools and libraries, community outreach, and a heavy emphasis on Kentucky legislature regarding education and budgeting. Includes some correspondence from Senator Mitch McConnell discussing legislative issues regarding the welfare and education of children.
