The materials in this folder compliment the previous folder in this collection by providing a clear understanding of the challenges the KCSE attempted to overcome. The Action Planning Committee minutes that are housed in this folder highlight how the KCSE determined which issues to address, and, why they were critical for the KCSE's future prospects as a viable organization. There are also committee lists and other membership lists that provide an understanding of who was involved in steering the KCSE towards its stated goals. Since the materials reflect the KCSE's actions in the first few years of the organization's existence they were foldered separately for ease of access and to better underscore KCSE goals.
