To gain a clearer understanding of the KCSE's goals and internal functions the materials in this folder should be considered and researched in conjunction with the two preceding folders in this collection. The materials were not sorted with regular committee correspondence, which can be found in the folder that follows, because, much like the previous folder in this collection, the Steering (or Action Planning) Committee is of great importance when attempting to understand KCSE goals and functions.
