The Buildings and Grounds Series is composed of nine boxes boxes (31-40) of plans for new and renovated buildings and landscaping for Eastern's campus. Much technical information such as blueprints and specifications is included. Materials in this series cover the period form 1961 to 1967 and so overlap Dr. Powell's service as Executive Assistant, Dean of Business Affairs, and Executive Dean. While in all of these offices he was much involved in the physical growth of Eastern's campus.
