Scope and Contents

Contains a copy of a deed of conveyance naming a certain "Coy" as the owner of Kentucky land on 15 April 1810, family group records, a copy of a family search dictating the Coy Family in the census records from 1850 to 1880 accumulated by the Schuyler County Historical Society, and a copy of a family pedigree compiled by Gladys Forbes Richey. Also contains correspondence between Vockery and a "Mr. Coy" with a detailed lineage of the Coys dating back to 1715, as well as correspondence with Paul D. Michael, Linda K. Rader, A.A. Rousseau (who compiled extensive notes regarding the Coy family),Gloria Ray-Olmstead, Louella J. Dyer, Cindy Dougherty.
