Contains an original State of Tennessee document (stamped with government seal on front-top-left corner) from 1869 regarding the Denton family of Jefferson County as well as several copies of that document, a copy of a document detailing the history of the Denton family written by Russell Denton on 12 May 1922, copies of marriage license books pertaining to the Dentons, copies of a land appraisal dated 1846. Also contains correspondence between Vockery and Josephine Parker and subsequent family group records.
