Heatherly dated 1 September 1842, a copy of a deed of conveyance involving Thomas Heatherly dated 10 December 1842, another deed of conveyance involving James and Thomas Heatherly dated 2 March 1847, a full transcript of those interred in the Heatherly Cemetery on Ogg Lane which was rediscovered in the attached newspaper article.
