Harper's Weekly pages containing six illustrations. On page 289 the illustration is the wreckage of Morgan's Hotel in Jeffersonville, Indiana. On the pages numbered 290 and 291 there is one illustration with eight parts depicting the effects of a tornado in Louisville, KY. The page numbered 292 has four illustrations. The top, left corner is Vice-Admiral Stephen C. Rowan. The top, right is Dr. Francisco Rosan. The middle is Colonel Morales Bermudez. The bottom is Don Nicolas de Pierola. 4pp.
