Scope and Contents
A scrapbook with history about the Tuttle family of Clark County, Kentucky. The scrapbook consists of notes, ephemera, correspondence, news clippings and photographs taped over a History of Kentucky, Illustrated by W.H. Perrin. Of particular note is a letter relaying information that James A. Tuttle died of illness shortly after the Battle of Vera Cruz, Mexico.

Volume is extremely fragile and should not be photocopied. Items have been taped into the book with duct tape, electrical tape and scotch tape causing much damage to the contents.
Custodial History
Purchased at an auction by Bill Parks, given by his widow to Jerry Dimitrov who then gave the volume to Special Collections and Archives.
