Mr. Breedwell located this set of documents in an old desk at the Telford YMCA in Richmond, KY. The YMCA building was formerly Richmond High School, the African American public school in the first part of the twentieth century. To preserve the papers Mr. Breedwell donated them to the EKU Special Collections and Archives.
