Scope and Contents
This scrapbook was created by Mrs. G.D. Hamilton of Richmond, Kentucky in 1941. It consists of nearly 300 syndicated and editorial political cartoons relating to WWII from various artists and newspapers as well as two cartoons that were created by hand. Artists include Svoboda, Cargill, Harold Talburt, Reg Manning, Herbert Block (Herblock), Robert York, Grover Page, Daniel Bishop, Rollin Kirby, Brown, Paul Carmack and others.
