Madison Sales Company, Inc. Cash Book

This volume documents the business of the Madison Sales Company, Inc. in the early years of the Great Depression. In 2002 the volume was purchased at an auction and was given to a young woman. There are several notes to the new owner and she used it as a diary for about one year. A notable entry is on September 11, 2002 as she looks back at the previous year's terrorist attacks on the United States.

The bulk of the collection is from the Keystone View Company and appears to be the "600 set." This set was selected by educators as the most valuable to use in the classroom.
