Scope and Contents The photos in this collection were taken by Dr. Robert E. Bagby, ranging from the 1970s up to about 2008, though most are from the 1990s and early 2000s. Much of the collection is associated with Eastern Kentucky University, especially the athletics teams and the College of Justice and Safety, where Dr. Bagby taught.
